PARQWALL

Wall cladding system with panels obtained by sectioning a compound consisting of a wood fibre support (MDF) with an external decorative surface in Print HPL laminate (thickness 0.9 mm) and balanced with Print HPL laminate. The panels are milled along the sides with an adequate groove in order to insert the aluminium profiles that serve as support of the panels against the wall. The profiles are made of silver-anodized aluminium and allow the installation of the panels in horizontal as well as vertical position, they may be installed in a visible or hidden way.

SILENTWALL

Silentwall is a noise reducing component of the modular Parqwall system. It is designed to absorb noise from highly frequented rooms, which have a high level of background disturbance.

Stratificato Print HPL is a compact (≥ 2 mm) grade high pressure laminate (HPL) whose decorative surface conforms to EN 438 and ISO 4586 standards.

It is available in different thickness, décors and finishes with either one or both faces decorated.

The core is made up of layers of cellulose fibres impregnated with phenolic resins; the surface by one or more layers of cellulose fibres impregnated with thermosetting resins, providing the decorative function. The manufacturing process involves the combined application of heat (150 °C) and high pressure (9 MPa) in multi-daylight presses in which resin poly-condensation takes place.

It can be supplied in either a standard or flame retardant F1 version; in the latter the phenolic resins and/or the kraft paper have flame retardant additives.
